Alli Review:
So how does Alli work?
Similar to Xenical, Alli reviews reveal this slimming pill works in the gut by reducing the amount of fat your body absorbs from your meal intake. By inhibiting the enzyme Lipase, this reduces the absorption of fats in the stomach and the small intestine.
Fats which are undigested are therefore not absorbed and do not contribute to the caloric balance of the meal. This results in a lowered caloric intake, thus weight loss.
Alli essentially blocks fats. If your not consuming many fats, then Xenical, Orlistat or Alli may not be needed. It will have a limited effect on your "carbohydrate" calories. Many peoples diets have now changed from high fat to high carb diets, so in this case a carb blocker would be suitable Dietrineis one example.
It is important to note that there has been a popular trend to reduce our fat intake over the past decade, therefore if it's "fats" and not "sweets" your calories are coming from - Alli will be the most appropriate.
The good news with Alli is that hardly any, if at all "zero" Alli enters your bloodstream. It solely works in the small intestine and the gut, so it won't effect your central nervous system as some ephedra based products do. Therefor, you will not experience the jitters or a racing heart.
One drawback with Alli however is the Xenical within Alli will not choose from the bad or the good fats which it blocks. Both cholesterol-lowering poly and monounsaturated fats are rejected from entering the body. Beta-carotene and fat soluble vitamins are also blocked so it is necessary to supplement your food intake with multi-vitamins when taking Alli. This is the same with all fat blocking pills currently sold on the market.
With regards to Alli's side effects, if you do not restrict yourself to a low fat diet, be prepared for some irritable bowel unpleasantness. Because the fat is blocked, it obviously has to leave the body, so this is through the stool. If you were to take this with a high fat meal, "treatment effects" could include oily spotting, bloating, diarrhea or potential leakiness. Due to Alli's strength as a "fat blocker", this is part and parcel of losing weight.

Not pleasant I hear you say!
This can be avoided though as stated by reducing your fat intake in each meal - the advised measure is to consume no more than 30% of fat intake per meal.
Alli Revew:
Bottom Line:
Despite the controversy surrounding Alli's side effects, it is because it has undergone testing by regulatory bodies and gained approval by the F.D.A (Food and Drugs Association), that it is the only F.D.A weight loss product on the market.
If it's a fatty diet which you consume then Alli is the best fat blocker on the market. Period.
If you are obese or desperately after immediate treatment to assist with your weight loss then Alli one of the strongest non-prescription drugs available. It is still essentially a drug though which is sold over the counter and now online so it should be treated with respect and care. If you are taking medication you should consult with your physician first.
